Q: Where is Tiki’s located?

A: We are located in the Twin Fin Hotel on the third floor (formerly the Aston Waikiki Beach hotel), on the pool deck level, and we are accessible by stairs, escalator, or elevator.

Q: Where can I park?

A: We validate 3 hours of free parking through the hotel valet. The valet is accessed off Paoakalani Ave. across from the Marriott. Parking is $8/hour thereafter.

Q: What are your dining hours?

A: We are open daily. Lunch is from 11:30am-4pm, full dinner is from 4pm until 10pm, and a limited item late night pupus menu is available until 11pm. Last call for drinks is at 12am midnight or earlier. Happy Hours are from 3-5 every day. Please visit the Menus page for our Lunch, Dinner, and Drink menus.

Q: Do I have to make a reservation?

A: We have reservations available through the Reservations page, powered by OpenTable. If you do not see any time slots available, we do take walk-ins on our waitlist all day and night so just come on down.

Q: Do you take large groups?

A: Currently, we can accommodate larger parties of 13 or more as separate groups on different tables, that may not be seated near each other. If you’d like to be guaranteed to sit together, please see our Private Large Parties page. Please note that in order to be seated, all members of your party must be present at the time of arrival. We add 18% gratuity for parties of 6 or larger.

Q: Do you offer private dining options?

A: For private event and wedding information, please visit our Private Large Parties page to fill out a request form and view our buffet menus and private venues.

Q: How do I request an ocean view table?

A: We know that everyone would like an oceanfront view, but we do not hold or guarantee specific tables. We’ll do our best to accommodate you at the next best available table on our lanai or in our open-air dining room with a view.

Q: How do I place a take-out order?

A: Please note that we do not currently take to-go orders over the phone; please come down in person and order take-out from one of our friendly bartenders.

Q: Do you have live music? Who’s playing, and at what time?

A: We have live music every night, and you can view our monthly music calendar on the Music Calendar page.
