These caprese crostinis were perfectly refreshing for a hot summer afternoon and with tomato, capers, mozzarella, and balsamic reduction on garlic butter toasts.

This crazy awesome dish is a Tiki's fave that Chef Ronnie made into a fun passed pupu for this event with prime rib poke, Mari's Gardens greens, pipikaula aioli in housemade taro cones.
Guava barbecue pulled pork sliders made with kalua pig mixed into a smokey guava glaze, layered with coleslaw in a mini taro roll proved to be a fulfilling balance of saucy goodness.
Crazy Shirts owners were there for the occasion speaking with the kahu after a beautiful blessing ceremony here did to create promote a positive, happy, safe place for everyone who enters.

One of the main artists Nobu holding the maile lei from the blessing. For the ceremony, the Kahu asked everyone to think of a person who loved them from 25 years ago and is still loving on them gave history and insight to this location, then we all went outside to the front and in coming back inside, we thought about this person's love as the Kahu blessed our fingertips with rainwater that fell on the Koolau mountains 25 years ago, we all touched the maile lei, and came back in leaving our fingerprint anywhere in the store that we chose. What a beautiful thing to be a part of!
This is the first location of Crazy Shirts on the windward side of Oahu.
