Locally Caught Ahi Sashimi $14
The only way you can get it fresher is if you’re
on the boat that caught it! Fresh yellowfin ahi
tuna served raw with daikon and carrot ribbons,
wasabi and soy sauce.
Prime rib poke $ 10
A special poke for meat lovers – flash seared prime rib poke topped with our housemade pipikaula aioli on a bed of locally grown baby greens from Ma’o Organic Farms.
Hawaiian Ahi poke (p0+kay) $ 12
Fresh Yellow Fin Tuna cubed and seasoned with Hawaiian ogo Seaweed, soy sauce, and sesame oil.  On a bed of organic baby arugula from the west side of Oahu.
Vine Ripe Tomato Bruschetta $ 13
Fresh vine ripe tomatoes from Kamuela on the Big Island, diced and mixed with kalamata olives, capers, garlic, fresh herbs, and extra  virgin olive oil.  Served with grilled crostini.

  
Sauteed “Peel-n-Eat” Shrimp $ 14
Sautéed shrimp tossed in a rich black bean cream sauce and served next to a carmelized Maui pineapple and jicama relish.
Kalua pig Quesadilla $ 12
A favorite since we opened in 2002-- try it and you’ll understand why. Taro tortillas filled with kalua pig, pepper jack cheese, and Kahuku corn relish served with guacamole and salsa.
Tiki’s Famous Coconut shrimp $ 13
Jumbo shrimp rolled in crispy coconut and served with a sweet chili sauce and Asian slaw. Made famous here, copied everywhere!
Calamari katsu $ 15
Panko-crusted calamari steak strips served wih fried capers in a lemongrass butter sauce and topped with our blue crab and bay shrimp salsa. A Tiki’s original since 2002!
Tiki's Firecracker Roll $ 15
Jumbo shrimp mixed with a spicy Thai chili mixture and rolled into a sushi roll with cucumber and avocado.  Then dipped in a tempura batter and fried golden brown.  Served with a wasabi aioli.

Hearts of romaine, housemade focaccia croutons and parmesan cheese lightly tossed in a traditional Caesar dressing.

Seared ahi on a bed of romaine lettuce, crisp snow peas, egg, tomatoes, Okinawan sweet potatoes, and bell peppers tossed together with our delicious sesame vinaigrette. An island nicoise salad!
Spinach Salad $ 12
Fresh spinach and frisee with candied walnuts, Granny Smith apple slices, crunchy potato sticks and goat cheese. Tossed with our housemade lilikoi vinaigrette.

Guava Glazed Baby Back Ribs $ 26
A full rack of St. Louis- style baby back ribs glazed with our signature guava barbeque sauce and served with crisp french fries.
Braised "Beef Stew" Shortribs $ 27
Our Chef’s special! Bone-in grass-fed beef shortribs from Kulana Farms on the Big Island braised in Kona Longboard Lager until sweet and tender then served with a truffled potato croquette and stewed red chard.
Kurobuta Pork Porterhouse $ 25
Kurobuta pork is lean with fine streaks of marbling that make each cut sweet, tender and juicy.  This 10oz chop is darker in color and richly flavorful.  Cooked to temp and served with glazed mushrooms, sweet shallots and a crispy smashed potato.
Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast $ 22
Chicken breasts coated with parmesan cheese and fried to a crispy tenderness and drizzled with mustard maple pan sauce.  Served with linguine mixed with tomatoes and broccoli.
Portabello Pappardelle Pasta $ 24
Our requsite tongue twister for our vegetarians.
Roasted portabello mushroom caps served over
pappardelle pasta with julienned asparagus,
Kamuela tomato, Hamakua ali’i mushrooms, and
fresh baby greens from Ma’o Organic Farms. Finished
with chopped tarragon and a drizzle of extra
virgin olive oil.
Surf & Turf Special $ 50
11oz filet mignon from Kulana in Hilo, HI seared with togarashi spices and paired with a Kona Cold Lobster tail also from the Big Island.  Served with a crispy smashed potato, glazed mushrooms and sweet shallots.  Finished with a Foie Gras demi glace.

A local favorite! Marinated and roasted with our
house made miso glaze until it is moist and
buttery, then served with steamed white rice, baby
bok choy and cippolini onions.
Kona Crab Mac & Cheese $ 26
Crab meat folded into cavatappi pasta, goat cheese and herb boursin.
Pan Seared Sea Scallops $ 28
Four scallops pan seared to a golden brown and served with mashed potatoes with Kahuku corn, spinach and a pool of Kona lobster cream sauce.
Tiki’s Signature Salmon $ 28
Since Tiki’s opened in 2002 this has been one of our most popular offerings and a staple on our menu. Salmon glazed with spiced cane sugar, served with a lemongrass butter sauce, mashed Okinawan sweet potato and Asian slaw.
Garlic Shrimp Carbonara $ 25
Four Jumbo Shrimp marinated in roasted garlic
and white wine then pan seared and served over
linguine with carbonara sauce.
Mac Nut Crusted Mahi $ 28
Fresh island mahimahi lightly coated in crushed macadamia nuts, seared and served over orzo pasta tossed with mushrooms, spinach, diced tomatoes, roasted garlic and drizzled with a lemongrass cream sauce.
Cajun Seared Ahi Tuna $ 29
Back by popular demand! Ahi tuna steak dusted with
cajun spices and seared medium rare served over
our famous kalua pig mashed potatoes. Topped off
with soy wasabi white wine butter sauce and roasted
asparagus.
